Very excited that all our operations are becoming less dependent on fossil fuels - the only way to go I reckon! Working with some fab graduates at the moment on EcoEvents - we have the goal of taking any event - no matter what kind or size - and making the event design and processes BS 8901 compliant. Found that cocktails really flying this year - Esp Mojito and Cosmo's...thinking of doing 'Cocktail Party in a Box' as well as our current mail order pressie: Cocktail in a Box - for those people who want the full cocktail party experience but haven't got the budget for a cocktail bar and mixologist. I guess the obvious name for the Bond cocktail would be Quantum Leap - nothing more original springs to mind so I better attempt to climb into my hammock with a detached air of elegance.
